You already have a character in the west. Technically, since we've only got a few players, we could have one rule for staff and another for members, but that would soon become unfair when we get more members, and it would mean you'd have to kill zeke or murakama at some point. I feel that this character would be more appropriate in the East, where I could create a character. ShinKei is in the East but he's a backstory character who hops between worlds anyway, I hope I'm not being a hypocrite here :')
